Jane and her husband are upper middle class, on weekends she feeds him, his own spunk, using a very large and expensive silver spoon. This is called the Spoonk method.

Bob is single and lives with his Mother, after a bottle of JD he shouted from his gaming chair: Ma pass us the spoon out will ya.

Bob's Ma sighed; You better wash the bloody thing after, not like last time.

- You can even use the Spoonk method on yourself.. To avoid any accidents, clean it straight after.

Spoonies are people that live with chronic illness; theoretically measuring personal daily abilities much as one would measure the proper amount of spoons needed for an event or occasion... sometimes having an abundance, other times coming up short.
