Usually uploaded to a social media network such as Instagram, Facebook, My Space, etc. Sometimes they are just something to keep to your self or to share with friends. Selfies are also used to send pictures to each other, such as Snapchat, to see others mood or status. When uploaded to a social media network, likes and positive comments boost self esteem and love in his/her self.
