One who feigns helplessness to garner support, sympathy or attention, usually the "I'm so helpless" female trope,
but if you call them on it, will then attempt to turn it back on you, saying "YOU'RE the problem."

1: How's your relationship with Meg going?
2: Yeah... Called her out on not texting me back for a week... She said I shouldn't "pressure her" and "Her life was hard" and "I should understand"
1: HOLY SHIT... She went "Professional Victim"?
2: Yep... TOTALLY.

Ghetto Victim 

A black, hispanic, or sometimes asian person living in poverty within an urban setting. They believe that the "ghetto" itself is actually some sort of 'organism', if you will, which holds them down and keeps them from succeeding. But the inconvenient is that they are the ones keeping themselves down, and they blame it on the ghetto in order to take the blame off of themselves. But deep inside they know that it is themselves, and that is what scares them most.

When a man stretches his nut sack over a girl or guys face and suffocates them with the ball skin as part of a sexual act. The face pushed through the thin skin resembles the featureless face of a burn victim. Also known as the "skin graft." Created and coined in philadelphia PA.

1. Some one who is remarkably ugly.
2. Some one who has been exposed to reasonable levels of radiation.
3. Some one who has taken too many drugs and experienced meltdown of their psychological and/or nuerological systems.
4. Some one whos parents originate from the Ukraine.
5. A term of endearment amongst friends!
