-A person who is strange and awkward most of the time, but is one of the friendliest people that you will ever meet. He is a really funny guy as well and can make anyone laugh no matter what the situation is. He gets really strange ideas and is off in his own world most of the time.

-A god who rules with mercy and justice. He doesn't require you to give up your money for a "greater cause". He just wants everyone to be nice to each other

-A verb that combines weird, funny, friendly, and awkward at the same time.

Brad: "Did you meet the new guy? He's really friendly."
Michael: "Yeah, he's a Unes."

John: "He always makes situations weird."
James: "He's such a Unes."

Chris: "Have you heard about Unes?"
David: "No, who is he?"
Chris: "He's a god that only wants you to be nice."

This is a portmanteau of "unemployment" and "marinating" meaning to simmer or bask oneself in unemployment for a short period of time.

Greta was clearly unemploymentating after being laid off, as she had made little effort at searching for another job.
