A very stupid term used to describe something someone might say who has never seen a common road before. To them, it is very new "technology" even though to most people, roads are taken for granted often, and seen as just a normal part of day-to-day existence.

Person 1: what the hell is that strange thing? And what are those things moving on top of it?
Person 2: That's a road, and those are cars.
Person 1: What is this strange technology of the roads you speak of?

The thing you're using right now. Whether it's a phone/tablet, a computer, or some console like an Xbox One or a PlayStation 4. Maybe even handheld like a PlayStation Vita or a 3DS. Maybe it's a more obscure (and terrible) console like 3DO or a PX 3600 (look them up, they exist). Whatever it is, it's technology. Seriously, go outside and get some sun. If you're on The Urban Dictionary, it's not like you're looking for definition that isn't sexual. You're probably bored and looking for something to do. Plus, i'm pretty sure you already goddamn know what technology is. Go outside. Take a walk. It could do some good.
