The insertion of pedantic details into a Wikipedia article in order to appear smart or jack up your edit cred.
The speeding car struck a Sycamore iAcer pseudoplatanus/i tree after spinning out of control near Gipsy Lane on Queens Ride, Barnes, southwest London.

"Acer pseudoplatanus" is Wikipedantic since it's not really necessary to the article.

Wikipedia Maths

The incomprehensible mathematics found on Wikipedia pages when trying to your school maths homework on the computer.

Wikipedia maths is characterised by copius amounts of integrals, derivatives and proofs. Written by, and only understood by, mathematics PHD students, if often leads to frustration amongst the rest of the population.
Alex: I am so screwed for this exam! I should have gone to the lectures!
Josh: Why didn't you just revise on the internet?
Alex: I tried to, but that Wikipedia maths is incomprehensible!

A Religion naming Wikipedia as god, as it knows all knowledge of importance, and Myspace as Jesus, for it is followed by more than 120 thousand people world-wide. Other websites are named as apostles.

Wikipedia Rule

References the general theory that when a Wikipedia user is on any given Wikipedia article the user is never more than 6 clicks away from something directly related to sex, either through related articles or text-embedded links.

*Note: 6 clicks is a conservative number, in everyday practice the average required number of clicks is lower.
