"Bone Buried Deep" - refers to a hidden meaning or message, or perhaps a secret treasure or benefit that does not appear obvious in the beginning. It is attributed to G.I. Gurdjieff, an Armenian/Russian mystic.

When a man intentionally(or intentionally) pees into a woman's(or man's) ass while balls deep. It important that the "dirty cave"/ lower rectum is full of feces and the pressure of urination is such that the urine makes it past the feces.
