A person from a latin american country who does not look white and you would distinguish easily as being from a latin american country. A mulato, or mestizo would qualify as a spicky spic. A person who is of caucasian descent or who looks physically caucasian would not be a spicky spic. A

spreck

Another word for Shit, damn, fuck, bob saget, shananigans, etc.

The word Tourettes Guy from Tourettesguy.com uses in "Bird in the House" as he runs from the room, just finding out that there is indeed a bird in the house. He storms out shouting audible obscenities and curses but his last word is "Spreck", which is hardly audible but nonetheless classic and sharp.

Sprinkle

Sprinkle is an insult that means a short or gay; white boy. This relates to the ice cream topping, because sprinkles are usually smaller then jimmies and they are rainbow colored.

Jimmy, on the other hand, can mean tall, straight, and black.

It's a newer slang term originating in the suburbs of Philadelphia.

Man 1: Hey man give me a hug.
Man 2: No! You're such a fucking sprinkle!
