Short for when a verbal combatant either real world on online suggests another person "Gargle Their Sack". This refers to orally substituting a scrotum for mouthwash. Often used on online forums.

Extremely slow. Used when somebody takes too much time than expected to perform a task and because of that other people start to desperate and in some cases, getting angry by the one performing the task.
