Symptoms include decreased attention span, compulsive scrolling, and quoting random TikTok audios unironically.

I needed to study for the finals tomorrow, but instead, I was scrolling on TikTok and IG Reels for several hours because my Chronic Brainrot Syndrome (CBS) was flaring up. Now I can’t stop humming random TikTok audios while panicking about my notes.

My Chronic Brainrot Syndrome (CBS) kicked in hard last night. I spent four hours watching IG Reels about cats instead of finishing my project.
