They are the Minister of Tourism and instead of photos of the fauna and flora in the countries adverts, its pictures of the politician. When they are launching a borehole in a village paid for by the tax payer they make it sound like they personally paid for it.
The centernomics of water projects in this country hit an all time low when an MP vying to keep their seat lost and took a tour of their area scolding voters about how they were disappointed with the loss as they brought infrastructure development to the area.
