Strangle

Wow are trying really hard to justify that for some reason... I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm all for being allowed to murder anyone who could potentially be a threat. Like, stalkers. Perfectly fine with them being strangled to death.

Hym "No. You don't need to strangle someone to subdue them. Especially with 3 people on him. It only takes a few seconds to choke someone unconscious. Continuing to choke him AFTER he was SUBDUED AND UNCONSCIOUS is the reason he died. Why didn't he stop choking him? How is that not a clear case of negligent homicide? He should have known to stop doing what he was doing and if he didn't he shouldn't be intervening in the first place. Maybe he didn't care whether or not the guy died. But it's clear that you're all incapable being intellectually honest about it."

Straggler Hour

The short period of time after the bars close (2am ~ 2:30am) and all the stragglers (“nasty’s” ranging from 7.0 and below) migrate and corral outside the bars.

During this short window of time, the “downbad” males shoot their last shot in hopes of taking one of these “nastys” home after a long night on the hunt…

Big Mike: “Yo Larry, it’s almost 2… hurry let’s go outside we gotta hit straggler hour - it’s our only hope!!!”
Larry: “Yea let’s go, fat chick in the blue is mine though alright!”
