What some town officials would like to call a "cultured northern resort village" is in fact a poor, soon to be ghetto town where the main attractions are smoking weed under the rocks at the town break-wall, and underage cigarette smoking. If you ever find yourself in town, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. This is not hard considering the entire town is only a mile in diameter.
