wikipedia

An online encyclopedia project where anyone (registered or UNregistered users alike) can change the content at will. Often used by grade, high school or college students who don't want to write and research their own assignments and who don't care if the facts are accurate in any way.

Wikipedia Race

A game involving two or more players with an equal amount of internet compatible computers. Two random words are selected (i.e. salmon/electromagnet. or deviled eggs/vietnam) by any means the players see fit. Then the race is on. You go to the wikipedia page of the first word. From that point you can only use links within that page, and successive pages to reach the second word. You may not use the search function. Obviously, first person to the second word wins. This is a great drinking game, if you have more than one computer.

'Wikipediagnostics' sighed Bob while reading rising wave of hatred in comments.

Noun. When you find a concept that a person who is brilliant wrote, that you don't understand. You open the wikipedia article about that concept, and open tabs in your browser for all of the links in that wikipedia article that you also don't understand. Eventually, you have 25 tabs open and you hit the terminal point where you understand, then you work your way backwards through the other 24 tabs until you understand it all.
