Hybrid of the words "retard"(to slow progress or hinder developement)and "ridiculous"(outrageous,stupid or ignorant usage)
Used when one of the two words just doesnt cover it to define the actions or behavior of someone,or to describe something like an outfit or style
I came up with the word on June 4th 1997, when my friend rolled a 7 gram blunt. It was retardiculous, and made all who smoked that day experience exactly what the word means.

when its normal for someone to be so fucking stupid you think they are actually a fucking retard. The stuff they do follows the normal traits of the average retard but is also completely normal for them to do. Acts they may perform can include screaming, moaning, groaning, and uncontrollable flailing of random limbs.
