Get the Sir Osis of Livermug. A phrase that expresses shock when the hot food or drink (esp. tea) did not burn your mouth but on swallowing feels like it scalded your insides/oesophagus/liver, often from eating too eagerly.
"Argh! Just scalded me liver!" (preferably said in a Yorkshire accent after a gulp of tea or swallowing hot pasty).
"Careful, you'll scald yer liver!" (a warning to someone with little self control with hot food/drink, usually a child).
