As a euphemism, it means that you have something prepared in advance.

Iam "I also like that you had something primed regarding the pathology of female behavior. Clever stuff."

Hym "Go to sleep."

Iam "I know but you know we would have forgotten to write this down if I didn't do it now..."

Hym "YOU would have forgotten. I would have been the one who remembered (as we were going about our day) and then you would have obsessed about it for an hour or so until you just couldn't take it anymore. Then, you would have stopped right in the middle of doing whatever we were doing at the time and then you would have done it instead of whatever it was that you were supposed to be doing."

Iam "Well...."

Hym "Exactly. You're too predictable. Not shut up and go to sleep."

Long Rifle; No Primer

A friend that has unique problems with women. It is taken from the .22 long rifle rim fire, which is notorious for being in accurate and destroying itself after firing once.

Posk has three women to deal with but he is crushing himself. Total long rifle; no primer!
