In Paraguay is used to designate the hunger that is generated after smoking weed.
"Vare'a", a word in Guarani that means hunger, and stone that means being high.

The origins come from the practice of tourists who make a pilgrimage to Blarney castle in Ireland so they can wait in a ridiculously long line, to then hang over the side of the castle to kiss the Blarney Stone in the hope it will bring good luck. Or, Simply to be able to say they have done it.
The inference is that the pursuit is a waste of time and energy, and, could result in herpes for your idiotic pursuit!
