An Urba-tard is a person who is not smart enough to figure out that the purpose of Urban Dictionary is to post various kinds of URBAN SLANG, and other words used by different groups of people, which are NOT found in regular dictionaries.
To make things more plain and simple for the unsure, Urban Dictionary is NOT for: listing famous people, things, or events and commenting on them; people to post their own name, defined by an endless series of compliments; inventing excruciatlingly unfunny insults for the purpose of naming a real individual you don't like in the example; or other stupid crap.
