free range thinking

Thinking that is without boundaries. Coming up with ideas that are innovative, disruptive and would challenge the status quo.
If not for free range thinking we wouldn't enjoy many of the technological advancements that have become part of our everyday lives, e.g. cell phones, satellite communications, internet.

woolly thinking

Woolly thinking. This is the art of thinking with your head full of clouds. Not "Clear" thoughts, but rather those done through the mist of not concentrating on what you are doing, and if you had the time to think clearly, you would realize that what you are doing is just plain daft
