Traversing the Web by clicking links within web pages. This technique is often used on encyclopedia sites like Wikipedia.

I spent three hours link surfing Wikipedia last night. I started at Blur (band) and somehow ended up at Folie à deux.

Link and build mean to join together and create music. It comes from the youtube video ‘When the clout attacks’, and they refer to ‘link and build’ in this, as the boy created a soundcloud beat and wanted the other two to create another with him.
