An old english black country term used when toasting to somebodies good health. simililar to cheers or bottoms up

for example, "please raise your glasses to the bride and groom and wish them all the best" then everyone says "up ya flaps"

Flipsco

Flipsco is a mix between gothic, classical, hip hop, and disco its an underground scene. We wear old 18th century cloaks to represent classical
at the same time We extra wear baggy pants to represent hip hop
then We wear huge afros to rep. disco
and dark eyeliner (only on the weekends) and white makeup to rep. gothic.
Its a lifestyle not a costume.

Flipsco stands on its own it's an underground scene. Flipsco till I die.
