1: Perfectly Normal, no Twitter
2: Harmless, just harmless jokes
3: Approaching, uses Twitter and has behavior of stan
4: Slightly Cringe, uses Twitter a lot and has behavior of stan
5: Cringe, is just very cringe
6: Alpha Cringe, Zoophile/P*dophile supporter
7: Beta Cringe R*pesexual supporter
(for those who are wondering, GEN A is the newest generation)

There are two instances in which this word can be used. Either you can yell it as a way for people to know that you've done something Savage, and to add it to the acclaimed "Savage Counter". This could also be shouted when an amazing comeback has been said or heard, quite literally being a Savage Counter

Or,
"We all make mistakes"
"Yeah like how your parents made you! S-s-s-savage Counter!"
