So we just finished our meeting with the new CEO, personally I found him quite sincere in the way he talked even though his behavior is subesteemic. He might be in a higher status position to us but that doesn't give him the right to suppress our values and beliefs. EVEN WITHOUT AN ARGUE TO BACK IT UP?! It's quite apparent that he has been allowed too much control for the majority of his life, I mean he IS a CEO. I don't think he was trying to give off such an imposing attitude, I'm more inclined to believe that's simply just how he is.
