Describing a vehicle that has become immobile due to heavy ice and compacted snow, typically as a result of repeated snowplowing and sidewalk snow removal that encases it in dense, frozen buildup.

Several vehicles on the block were shackletoned after the last snow storm.

when one or more parties of a hook up don't walk but bike home the next morning in the clothes from the previous night, including but not limited to; high heels, mini skirts, dresses, full jewelry, graphic tees

Benefits: significantly shortens the length of time it takes to get home in the morning.

Guy 1: That's a weird outfit to wear for an early morning bike ride.
