1. When you stuff your scrotum and balls into the willing mouth of your mate/partner.

2. When your balls are long over due to bust a nut and are loaded and ready to release jizz. Common to suffer from Stuffed Grapes when your lover refuses to put out and renders you with a bad case of blue balls.
