Sore Butthole Syndrome (SBS)

The horrible feeling after a majestic bowel movement where you feel like your butthole is on fire, with no relief besides the gradual passing of time. The pain can sometimes be abated by either remaining on the toilet or walking bow-legged.

1. Any group of people that generally lack talent, humor, modesty, intelligence, or any related qualities of otherwise normal people.

2. Used as a slightly less meaningful but more conversationally appropriate term for assholes.

3. The holes in butts.

I was looking for a good boulder for Dinosaur Sex in the woods when some buttholes were blasting Counting Crows on their radio. I pushed my ear-buttons to keep out the wretched garbage-noise.

butthole surfer

All these diffinitions are incorrect really, The band 'The butthole surfers' actually used this as their name because of all the things people would associate with it. What it actually means is when someone is running along and fall on their ass and slide on the grass. That is butthole surfing.

I love butthole surfers they own. Yas are all rpobably gunna gimme thumbs down but Its true!
