When you are at a bar and too drunk to remember a lady's name, she shall be referred to as Truffles.

Guy #1: I met this chick at the bar last night
Guy #2: Oh yeah?
Guy #1: Yeah, I got her number but can't remember her name.
Guy #2: Oh, so you met Truffles?
Guy #1: Yeah, Truffles was the definition of an Arlington Girl.
