It is a caribbean Saying that derived from "Mothers Cunt" but due to the accent it turned out like that, that's why some places such as Trinidad say "Mudda Cunt"

Vulgar slang, Caribbean Patua. Contraction of "mother's" & "cunt" implying that the person is stupid or ignorant, as though they had just come from the womb. Akin to "wet behind the ears." Also used in general as an insult or in reference to somebody, as one would use "motherfucker" in the states.

mudda skunt

mother's cunt. Implication is that it is also nasty and smelly. Widely used in the Caribbean islands. Also used without the mudda. That rasta is a skunt.

Can also be used in a friendly manner with friends only, strangers will take offense.
Really spelled as one word, muddaskunt.
