When you and your partner are having intercourse in a position which both bodies form sides of a triangle, the Hypotenuse is the line of sight. Common positions include Cowgirl, Missionary, Doggy style, etc.

The other definition is not correct. A hypotenuse stands out in a crowd; not because she's pretty, but just because she stands out. It's usually because she's just weird. A hypotenuse girl is attractive enough to hook up with, but she is NOT attractive enough to brag about or tell your friends.
