In a video game, to gather information on an area hidden in fog of war by charging in. To check for enemies with your face. Seems to have originated in League of Legends where vision-obscuring bushes allow champions to wait hidden from view in very close proximity to their opponents.

I told Annie not to facecheck the brush, but she did anyway. Garen scored first blood.

Someone who stops you mid-sentence to check your facts with a hand held device.

The factchecker didn't believe what I was saying, stopping the conversation to immediately consult their iPhone for confirmation.

Fakecheck

The process of labeling true stories “fakenews” that do not fit the legacy media’s narrative and agenda.

I posted three news stories on Facebook but our technofascist overlords fakechecked all of them. They didn’t even claim they were false! They said nonsensical things like “lacked context.” I’ve been fakechecked again!

i was put in Facebook jail by a cubicle factchecker despite the post being opinion.
