When a company over analyzes a problem that has an simple solution and won't listen to the person trying to explain the solution.

It was a classic case of complification; the managers met for hours and still couldn't decide how to move employees from one building to another.

1.)here is a situational example
That girl said I looked like a pretty boy version of the rapper Genuine. So I guess that means I look better than him but it's kinda offensive that I'm even being compared to this guy.... I think I was just complifended.

- Well at least you don't look like a slut, anymore.

- I love your mom's cherry pie.

-You remind me of a favorite pet I used to own.

- Great job figuring that out all by yourself!

-Black people are not all that bad.
