Cawkeye, is reference to the University of Iowa's football fans. The term dates back to the early 1980's when their fans suddenly thought they had a team that could compete on the national level. The rest of the football world however clearly knew this was not true then nor would it ever be. Synonyms; Chokeye, Retard, Idiot, Homo.

I once knew this Cawkeye from Iowa City he was the most pathetic person I ever met.

This term originated from the erosive quality of cake cones in a humble scoop shop in South West Florida. When one gets cakied their life resembles that of a cake cone getting obliterated under the weight of an ice cream scoop.
