clout caption

a caption (mostly used by tiktok editors) is a caption that says something absurd. it’s a claim that gains comments to boost their videos.

“Charli damelio is more successful than Ariana Grande.”

“Bffr.”

“Relax, it’s just a Clout Caption.”

Or

“SADIE SINK SAID A SLUR????”

“WHAT.”

“It’s just a caption for clout and attention.”

A caption queen, maybe king if you are male, is a person who adds captions to their photos that slay other people or something that they don't like

For example "Jessica is such a caption queen she totally slayed Martha with her new pic"

CC (closed captions)

(Closed captions) Interpretative text shown on videos or television. They are slightly different from subtitles in that the text shown is usually in the same language that is being spoken.

I had no idea what she was saying in that video so turned on CC (closed captions).

closed caption

a bunch of hooplah they put at the end of the beginning of a TV show to let you know that deaf people can watch it. Usually precedes a long commercial by a sponsor.
