I am not sure ho accurate this is but it is my understanding that the practice of 'bukkake" originated in feudal Japan when the warrior caste wanted to teach women a lesson, or put then in their place. The men of the village or samurai collectively ejaculated onto the woman's face in public. Although the vernacular term is also used to describe a way of preparing noodles, and is related to splashing water.
