Pedophiles use this term to identify each other when running a business. If you reach out to one of them and say "Give me a discount." they will let you into the Underground Child Auction that they are running beneath their so called "office" which is usually just the basement of their home.

Civilian: That guy runs _____ Weblutions!
Pedo: Yeah they sell websites, I've done PLENTY of business with that guy!

I had a disagreement with my friend about whether or not he was qualified to fix my car, because he had no formal training, i knew he only had a cursory 'webducation'.

The sum of a persons knowledge about a particular task, skill or topic, gained exclusively from Google, YouTube and online forums.

I argued with my brother because he thought his cursory Webducation, meant he knew how to fix my car, but I disagreed and took my car to someone who was a qualified mechanic.
