A special part of the brain that males have to retain images of things that are likely to aid them in masturbation later on.

Person 1: "Omg, that girl is fit. Check out her boobs."

Person 2: "Yup, that's in the wankbank."

Person 2 then continues to use the image later on to masturbate in private.
