A poor excuse to get out of doing something that thus person is too shy, lazy, or unsociable to do. Named after the infamous Daniel Toone (1991 AD).

Or pulling a member of society called Toone by the hair, either on head or pubic region.

Pulling a Tooney - "I can't come out, I have jetlag."

"I had to sign out, I thought I was ill but it turns out I was just hungry"

E.G Tooney is one lazy bastard, thus the term Pulling a Tooney to get out of something.

A Tooley O' Douche is a person who has the characteristics of a douchebag. Usually a nerd, usually in band, usually wears jean shorts. Nobody wants to be around a Tooley O' Douche. This Tooley O' Douche usually is in denial about being his Tooley O' Douchness and often tries to sound/look cooler than he is. It doesn't work.

Dom: "Man that guy Matt is such a dick"

The Tooheys beers, which are popular in New south wales, Australia, at the moment are the creativly named "new" and "old" types. It's cheap and its ok! see XXXX, VB, beer and franziskaner

I drink Tooheys new because it is cheap and cheerful.
