Jamaican steambath

A Jamaican steambath is when one or a group of individuals smoke weed within a confined space that contains a substantial amount of moisture such as in a sauna or a closed washroom with the shower on hot. Note that the Jamaican steambath is a variant of the hot box, wherein the difference is the moisture of the surrounding space reminiscent of the climate in Jamaica.

Should not be confused with the word Jamaican steambox.

The origin of this word does not come from Jamaica, rather it was developed in Willowdale, a semi-affluent suburb of the Greater Toronto Area. A group of individuals attending Earl Haig Secondary between 1998-2003 takes credit.

Andrew Jun has a sauna in his basement. He takes a Jamaican steambath every night before sleep.

Believed to have originated on the Eastside of Manhattan, this is simply a person who is not original in the least bit and feels the need to copy everything that someone else does. They carry out the verb "sweat", which would make them none other than a big, fat SWEATBALL!!!
