A modification of the workout/lifestyle program 75 Hard. Instead of being so rigid, there is a slight modification. Example: skip the hour break between your 2 45 minute workouts, drink alcohol once a month or week, etc.

People that do 75 Hard are psychopaths, that’s why I prescribe to 75 SemiChub.

Similar to "Salacious", but combining two words such as Seductive and Delicious. Taking the SE out of Seductive and the Licious out of Delicious making the work Selicious into a word meaning seductive AND delicious.
