An obnoxious teenager who listens to typically metal core and death core. Males are usually seen wearing there little sisters shirts, pants which there legs look like tooth picks and have a version of the old alex evans hair cut. Women usually wear tons of make up, have teased hair, and have absolutely no personality. Both genders lure in packs usually at the mall, or anywhere they can try to show off to other scene kids.
Typical wardrobe for both genders, anything thats colorful...

This scene kid's page seems to constist of: copy and pasted slogans, pictures of himself at different angles, and incoherent typing.

Literally the epitome of the mid-to-late 2000s. A style and subculture that was/is highly criticized but now brings back memories of a more simpler time. And tbh, I would rather have scene kids than today's tiktok kids, which are 10x worse.
You know when someone is truly a scene kid when they're still rocking the scene look today, which technically makes them non-conformists now.

A person who wears tons of make-up, skinny clothes, and unique accessories. They tend to dye their hair many colors, most of them have black hair with color streaks, they straighten their hair and tend to be very attractive. The only issue is that they think their better than anyone who is not in their group of friends.

Wear colourful, if stupid clothing.
Nike 6.0's or Nike SB's.
Supras and just general skate shoes.
Skinny jeans or adidas trackies.
New era caps, bent bacward until pointing at a ridiculous angle.
Get drunk at least once a week and smoke anything.
Use words like 'blud' 'niga' and pretend to be gangstas
Think they are the most stylish, clever and funny people around.
Listen to hardcore metal and screamo
Bands such as ' Bring me the horizon' and 'Carnifex'
Think they are just generally amazing and tough.

The Scene subculture (aka. Scene people, scenesters, trendies) is all about experimenting with alternative fashion and discovering new music. Fashion for scene girls usually consists of dyed hair (usually teased) and bright clothing. Fashion for scene guys however is usually darker and more emo/hardcore looking. Band shirts and skinny jeans are VERY common in the scene subculture, along with skate shoes. Common music styles associated with scene are crunkcore, metalcore, deathcore, emo, screamo, and pretty much all electronic music. Crunkcore is the most popular genre, for now.

A scene kid is someone who basically looks like your stereotypical emo with tight jeans, black hair, etc... even though this is not neccisarily the TRUE description of emo.
Scene kids usually reckon theyre pretty hardcore and 'don't get into fights' they just throw a few punches and think theyre freaking awesome / badass.
Also, they do their hair themselves (cutting and dying), have loads of xxx's in their myspace names (which is checked every 20 mins and its upsetting if no one has commented since the last time they checked), many scene kids permanently draw some kind of black tatoo on their hand constantly in sharpie marker (redraw every tweny mins), and are usually / stereotypically hated by real hardcore kids and goths, grebos, and possibly emo.
the differences between emo and scene are that scene kids generally think a bit too much of themselves, their eleventy-million photos and their colourful streaked hair... and emo think a bit too little of themselves, their lives and such.
many scene kids are also 'obsessed' with something that rules their lives like dinosaurs, cigarettes, sharpie markers, and pretty little girl bows in their hair (even the guys) :)
