A blend of sony and pwn. It is used to indicate a joy for negative press of the sony corporation. This is due to loathing of sony's overreaching tactics and anti-consumer behavior. The indictment that sometimes follows by the public or other sovereigns makes one happy again, leading to an elated exclamation of relief and justice and replacing sony with "spwny". Sometimes, however, the complicit or apathetic public or law allow for their shenanigans to prevail, in which case it may be used as a sorrowful or nihilistic derogative term.

1.Spectacular Pro Owning is its full name, abbreviated to Spwning, obviously its defintion is to beat someone(usually in a computer game based environment although is also used in several other places) to such a high extent that it drives them to the grave with embarrassment.
To such a point that they'd wish they'd never picked that controller up, or even looked at you.

2.Spwning can only be acheived with a fair witness to support the player's cry for Spwnage. And Spwnage can only occur if the opposition has been shredded of every last teaspoon of dignity. Such as repeatedly pwning the player, rematch after rematch.

3.Can also be called Spwning.

Spwned

The ultimate form of "pwned" (meaning "Perfect-Owned or Pistol-Owned). Again, this is used mainly in Counter Strike to describe a kill of the highest kind... anyone can "pwn" by getting a head shot, or a pistol kill... but "spwned", meaning "Super-Perfect-Owned" is when someone has their ass kicked to the highest degree, eg. a knife head shot (although these aren't as great the second time), a grenade head shot, or when one dude on 15 health takes out a troop of six with his half-empty P90. Any other similar god-like actions could also be followed by a team mate uttering "spwned" (and possibly a generous ammount of cheering from the rest of the LAN, the level of which is directly proportional to how great the given action was).

Woa, IdleEyes just spwned two CT's with a 'nade, and got TWO FUCKING HEAD SHOTS!!
