A historical day in the Roman Church Calendar and also for the World. The "Day of Pentecost", referenced in the Holy Bible in the book of Acts, Chapter 2, verses 1-4, is to all true Christians, the exact moment when man and the Holy Spirit of God became intertwined. Pentecost Sunday is celebrated every year by "Spirit-filled" believers throughout the world and has become a huge part of the "Charismatic" Christian belief-system, as well as a specific day of celebration in the Catholic community.

Pentecostals believe in the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. they believe in the manifestation of the Holy Ghost through speaking in tongues(but not required to be saved). Salvation is through accepting Jesus Christ. Your life should reflect your relationship to Christ, but "Good Deeds",wearing long skirts and not wearing make-up DOES NOT make you saved and is according to your own conviction.Pentecostals are not isolated from other denominations but agree on a common ground that they are saved through Jeus Christ only, and are separated only by different ephasis.

A 'Christian' religious sect that meets all neccessary criteria for a cult (though that applies to a number of christian sects). This particular sect of mental patients beleive that females will burn in hell for a cutting their hair, wearing makeup, piercing their ears, or any other destructive, vain activities. All pentecostals are raised to beleive that any non-pentecostal will burn in hell for eternity, as will any pentecostal who has ever drank, smoked, said 'gosh', or missed church. This high level of logical thinking goes a long way in explaining why most pentecostals live in trailer parks and eat fried Spam for dinner (after, of course, they pray).
Pentecostal:"Oh dear, is that (gasp) lipgloss you're wearing...with pants, no less."
Normal person: "Yes, dont you know that most modern females wear pants?"
Pentecostal:"The bible clearly states that sinners like you will be damned to hell for all of eternity."
Normal person walks away content, knowing that hell would be better than a heaven filled with pentecostals.
