A VERY common mispronunciation in today's uneducated world of the word nuclear. Most people can't actually prounouce it correcty, regardless of presidential status.

The way our moron former president Jimmy Carter, as well as the liberal favorite lying scum Bill Clinton pronounced the word nuclear.
Just to let you know, according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary,
"pronunciations ending in \-ky&-l&r\ have been found in widespread use among educated speakers including scientists, lawyers, professors, congressmen, United States cabinet members, and at least two United States presidents and one vice president. While most common in the U.S., these pronunciations have also been heard from British and Canadian speakers."
