A rude or ill-behaved guest at a Walt Disney theme park.

(From a pun on the slang word "tool" and the "Mousekatools" in the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show.)

That dude on the shuttle bus who glared at me as he set his backpack on the only remaining seat? Or the guy who ran over my foot with his scooter and didn't apologize? Total mousekatools.

One who is new to computers and has limited or no control whatsoever over the mouse, frequently becoming frustrated by their own lack of coordination and inability to master eye-hand coordination at a level a two-year-old would have little difficulty achieving.

It's too bad about Betty. She's such a mousekatard she accidentally dragged her entire hard drive to the trash and lost her system, then got the cord tangled around her neck and suffocated.
