Cassowary

Basically your giant dinosaur turkey looking monster bird that lives amongst the cane toads and banana farmers. Has a deadly claw on it that kills. Can be found in Papua New Guinea eating cannibals and other afro looking folks. Beware of mistaking it for an emu, a deadly mistake it could be.

Tourist 1: "I am gonna pat this ostrich."
Tourist 2: "I think that is an emu!"
Local Bloke: " It's a cassowary, don't touch..."
Cassowary: *screams and gobbles like turkey*
Tourist 1: "Ahhhhh! Me big bird! It's mauled me big bird!"
Tourist 2: "Hahaha! ... I mean, ohhh, you ok."
Local Bloke: *Brings out boomerang*
Tourist 1: "Hurry up. Use it!"
Local Bloke: "I can't kill you, euthanasia is illegal."
Tourist 1: "Use it on the turkey ostrich you moron!"
Local Bloke: "They are endangered, can't do anything. See ya!"

Cobson

Formerly just a 'jak based on a character from The Lawnmower Man, Cobson is an extremely controversial 'jak. Starting out as an ordinary jak, Cobson soon gained a following who considered him a "god tier wojack". Notable for having stolen the 10,000,000 get on /s4s/. However, Cobson started to be associated with BBC spam, which he has become known for, likely due to astroturfing. Later, MAPson also emerged with numerous edits of Cobson portrayed as a MAP were shilled, and is associated with 'p spam. Due to this, many people vehemently dislike Cobson since these edits have become more popular than normal Cobson. There still are rare Cobson gems such as the Cobtable, but BBCson and MAPson have arguably overshadowed them.

Consoomer

1. Someone who consumes entertainment content (movies, TV, Youtube, video games, etc.) like a glutton consumes food, indiscriminately and without appreciating its intrinsic worth or lack thereof, or for whom the consumption of content becomes mechanical and compulsive.

The consoomer is distinct from the coomer, the latter being a subset of consoomer who specifically consumes pornography.

2. A feckless person who dissipates all his energies by consuming the aforementioned content in a compulsive and morbid manner.

Remember our old classmate Sam? He turned into a consoomer and all he did was watch TED talks all day. Apparently he killed himself last week.

Console Fanboy

A console fanboy is a person who consistently claims that one video game console is better than the others, and insults anyone who plays one of the consoles he/she hates.

Ironically, anyone who calls someone else a fanboy is usually a fanboy themselves. An overwhelmingly common behavior in console fanboys is to call someone else a fanboy, and display fanboy behavior immediatly after (see example).

Unfortunatly, the term gets thrown around so much that few treat the word correctly now. Someone who says he prefers one console over another is immediatly called a fanboy. The most commonly forgotten fact is that fanoys are people who mindlessly trash another console and the people who play them for no reason, NOT people who are just expressing an opinion. Few actually take the time to tell the difference.

Example of the "Calling someone a fanboy and behaving like one right after" behavior:

Sane poster: PS3 and Wii are fun, but Xbox is my favorite.

Console fanboy: OMG us such a 360 fanboy!!! 360 fanboy alert! PS3 is better than both consoles, better graphics, better sound, better online, the other consoles are so shitty, it's unbelivable! PS3 is the ONLY good console, i say SWAT teams should execute anyone who plays anything else! God, stop being such a 360 fanboy!!!

Console Peasant

Someone who plays on consoles but does not acknowledge the far superiority of PC gaming, and will not accept valid facts from PC gamers on why PC is better.
KEEP IN MIND: Someone can like console gaming and prefer it more than PC gaming but still knows the superiority of PC gaming. That makes them a console player not a console peasent.

CONSOLE PEASENT: PC sucks console is better than PC in every way.
PC gamer: *States facts on why PC is better*
CONSOLE PEASENT: FUCK YOU U CUNT THE HUMAN EYE CAN'T SEE PAST 1 FPS.
PC gamer: Stop being such a Console Peasant and grow some balls.

Consolitis

A word used by PC gamers to describe the cost-friendly practice of developers in which a video game is clearly designed to accommodate the limited capabilities of console systems.

Symptoms include inferior graphics, sluggish gameplay, clumsy user interfaces, checkpoint-based save systems, a lack of dedicated servers, limited customization and simplified game mechanics.

It was clear that due to the overwhelming amount of negative user reviews of Modern Warfare 2 for PC that Infinity Ward had contracted consolitis.
