Slang term to describe a chain restaurant featuring large burritos. Stems from the fact that if you eat there, it tends to make you run for the nearest bathroom for a massive bowel movement. This usually involves fecal matter spraying under the toilet rim.

Q:Where do you want to go eat?
A:Well, I havn't been able to go to the bathroom in 2 weeks, so lets go to Chipoople!

When South Park did a parody of Pokemon, and the Chinpokomon wehe used to get the kids to bomb Pearl Harbor. The Japanese leaders get the government (including Clinton) to think the Japanese were harmless by saying that Japanese couldn't take over because the had small penises and the Americans had "mammoth penis. Just happy to be in room with big Amaerican Penis."
