(noun): a portmanteau of dick cheese and chancellor, used to denote a person who has either used a position of power, real or imagined, or their own odious personality traits to position themsleves as the most grating person in the organization (i.e. the aformentioned chancellor of all nearby dick cheeses)

Chesse Ball

Chesse ball, not to be confused with "cheese ball". In the online world, a derogatory term used to tear your opponent down and deflate his ego. The most hurtful thing you can possibly say to a fellow gamer. Chesse ball is not to be used lightly. Chesse ball can be used to describe people who run out the back of the endzone on kickoffs, run 238 half back screens per game, and generally succeed in all facades of being a complete and total ass hole.

Chesse eater-Lowlife that lives off other people. A person that is unwilling to work for the reason that it may take up there spare time. This person usally is an expert at everything. Simply ask them, but they are to useless to do anything and make money.(Hence they would have to pay for cheese eaters.)People under this definition enjoy this lifestyle just so they can enjoy watching other people work.
