Barffalo Sauce

N. - A culinary delight consisting of an admixture of approximately 40% barbecue sauce and 60% buffalo wing sauce, typically employed as a topping for fast food items. The resulting sauce is sweeter, thicker and more complex in flavor than regular buffalo wing sauce and possessing a much more pronounced vinegar and heat profile than regular barbecue sauce.
