Contrary to the other definition, it IS treatable.

I had akathisia BAD for a little while, it totally sucks. But it was all a matter of adjusting to my meds and working through the pain. Distract yourself, supplements such as vitamin B6 and vitamin E are effective as are pharmaceuticals including benzodiazapines and the antihistamine cyproheptadine. Talk to your psychiatrist if you get it, the solution could be as simple as lowering your dose or adding treatment.

Ayati

Ayati is a sweet and hyper person. She always is up for a challenge and hates feet. She is very organised and conservative about her personal life, but she will always be at your neighbourhood party. Ayati won't get drunk very often, but she tends to act like she is. Ayati is super attractive, she gets her first boyfriend at the age of 12. Her parents are very old school and strict but she doesn't let them stop her. Her passion for music is inspiring and she is only happy when some music is playing in the background. You can always catch her humming, singing and or dancing; music can change her mood. Ayati does keep to herself but she is still an extrovert, especially in front of close family and friends.
